I’m a big condiment person. Like at least three dipping sauces for fries kind of condiment person. Most of the things I cook are really simple. A protein, some veggies and maybe a carb. But what makes them taste amazing is what you put on them.
I honestly don’t remember when I discovered tzatziki sauce but greek food has been one of my favorite cuisines for a loooong time and tzatziki is one of the reasons. Creamy but fresh, and it goes with everything. PLUS, it’s seriously so easy to make, you don’t even really need a recipe. But I wrote one anyway. So go make it and put that s*** on everything!
