I’ve been eating a lot more seeds recently for a few reasons:
They have a lot of protein and are super good for youThey add texture and flavor to pretty much everythingI’m allergic to almonds which makes it pretty hard to eat/drink a lot of paleo products
I also recently discovered 88 Acres. They’re a brand that makes completely nut-free products! Their seed butters are AMAZING. Like, so delicious.
I’ve been testing a bunch of recipes with their new products and I had to share this one. The seed milk is so easy to make and it’s just as good if not better than any of the store-bought or homemade nut milks I’ve tried.
Put it in your coffee, on your cereal, or just drink it plain! Trust me, go buy some seed butter and make this ASAP.
